Shabbat at Cinkō
Shabbat Dinner entails a sit-down service, commencing with the candle-lighting ceremony at sunset.
Shabbat lunch offers a convenient takeaway option for pick up at Cinkō every Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
To ensure smooth operations and timely preparations, kindly make all Shabbat meal reservations no later than Thursday at 12:00 p.m. Thank you for your understanding.

Knosh is our Kosher food truck focused on providing fresh, healthy choices prepared with a delicious island twist. Knosh’s menu includes breakfast options, vegetarian and pescatarian flatbreads, bowls, sandwiches, patties, and a variety of savory cheese fry creations.
Knosh is open Sunday - Thursday from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Friday from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm and Saturday 90 minutes after Shabbat ends.
Kosher pre-packed options, as well as snacks, are available at Café Madeleine from 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. daily.

Kosher in-room dining is available at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar 24 hours a day.
